Laura Fairbanks received her Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University in 1993.
Laura joined the Osteoporosis and Arthritis Research Group within the UCSF Department of Radiology in 1997 as the Internal QA Auditor and SOP Manager. In 2003 she relocated to China Basin to join the Breast & Bone Densitometry Group where she serves as the Associate Director of Quality Assurance.
Her current responsibilities also include serving as Program Director for sponsored breast density studies, and project administration. She is a member of the ISCD and a member of the ISCD’s Site Certification Committee.
