Summary: Dr. Malkov is a Research Specialist in the Radiology Department. He received his Ph.D in 1991 from the Institute of Applied Physics in Kishinev, Moldova (former USSR.) He as worked extensively in detector physics and the imaging sciences. He came to our group from the Penn State University where he worked on 2D Fourier Spectroscopy on polymers. He is currently a key developer in our efforts in breast density.
